Need:Office Efficiency
Solution: Streamlined File System

"How soon can you be here?!" This couple contacted me in a panic. How would they get any work done in their home office when family came to town, if they could hardly stay organized alone?

Their home-based business was ripe for clean up.

Since they were fearless in their desire for efficiency, together we were able to set up a new filing system, reorganize the office and create an easy system for product inventory in just one session. We talked candidly about what to keep and what to purge; explored how to decrease the intake of unneeded items; and discussed other ways of incorporating simplicity into their lives.

Simplicity Consultant
Need:Relief from Minutiae
Solution: Framework for a Full Life

This family had two homes, two careers, two toddlers, a nanny and a staff of 4 tradespersons in various capacities. Mom and Dad were frazzled by the minutiae that had taken over their lives and needed a third set of hands to help them re-orient toward their priorities.

We worked together in phases over the course of a year and a half to create systems for items such as toys, mail, communication and storage. We tackled long-term projects where I acted as liason with contractors and negotiated the project to completion. Finally, we gently cleared out the unused & unwanted stuff and phased in space to breathe again.

Need:Something is Missing
Solution: A Strategy for Simple Abundance

This individual contacted me because, while she already had simplicity and clarity in her home, there was just something missing. There was simplicity. There was abundance. But the feeling of fullness-- or the integration of simple abundance-- hadn't yet fallen into place.

We took a mind, body, and spirit approach to our discussion and used mind-mapping to explore how she could reorient her life towards the priorities that would bring the most contentment long-term. Because of her courage,  we were able to ask the tough questions and get some simple, and some not-so-simple, answers. We used guided meditation to explore what areas of her home and life needed to be emptied and which needed to be filled or changed. The result was a new way of thinking and feeling about her life.
